I just recommended this hotel to a friend, because: Top location. Absolutely clean hotel. Adequate room size considering that you're on a city trip and therefore you don't wanna stay all your day in your room. Very friendly and supportive hotel staff. Nice italian cafe right next to the hotel for relaxing after a long day. Nice power shower, hot water at any time; the size of the shower just wants all the supersized people to thing about their eating behaviour. 24hrs reception. modern noise reducing double glazed windows. not any problem with payment.
No real issues but still worth to mention: typical "italian" breakfast = no 5-star delicatess breakfast with caviar etc but well enough to get you ready for the day; over-expensive price but typical for Rome and other tourist cities; thin walls between rooms (may become disturbing if you have rude noisy party people next to you - just have some glasses of nice italian wine before going to bed ;-).
extrovert staff, good price, close location from Termini, good facility
a litle noise from street (youth parties), too small bath-room, not exists a map about way from Termini to holet
Clean, nice rooms at a good location. Extremely helpful staff with a good level of english. Breakfast ok, white bread, cerals and coffe, juice and tea. All and all, we had an amazing stay.
Small shower, however not a problem for normal built people.
Location was great, staff very friendly, neighborhood quiet yet lively.
Beds were uncomfortable and the shower was tiny, the bathroom had a nasty smell.
Good location near centre, friendly stuff
the location was really good, was walkable to the colosseum and metro was just outside the hotel. the staff became nicer after we stayed more nights.
we were first greeted with "go opposite the street for the hostel", they thought we were staying at the hostel instead of the hotel. then the rooms were rather small, i heard that some other customers had tiny showers. but this is the value you get for this money. o ye, and we peeked into the breakfast room, it was junk, dont get it.
The hotel's personel were all very polite with us, they were smiling and we felt very comfortable with all their services. The place of the hotel is bit quiet very close to metro station of Cavour. We had very good memories and we would suggest it.
The bathroom is a little small but it's ok for an average adult and the breakfast could have more variety but overall was ok too.
Hotel was convienient, clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. A very good hotel for the price.
Could have been a little bit more varierty at breakfast, however what was there was good.
It was handy to Termini station. Breakfast was average bread stale and only oranges. No cheese just cream cheese .
Shower too small. Room clean but very small.
Hotel was excellent location, right next to Cavour, 5mins from Colluseum and walking distance to all of Rome. Room was clean and bed comfy. The room was very small, was fine for our 3 nights but wouldn't want to stay a week or be sharing with a friend as it was intimate! Shower was excellent but very small, couldn't even bend to pick shampoo of the floor! No safe either

The location where it was, near to the metro, the service/staff and it was clean. Nice square and you could easly walk to a lot of places.
the location of the hotel was excellent as you were able to walk to all major Rome tourist sites except the Vatican. The metro station was close by as was the Termini Station so the use of trains on both metro lines was easy. the hotel was surrounded by great places to eat if you didn't feel like wondering far in the evenings. The hotel staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about Rome for tourists.
The room was very basic and very small. It was difficult to find a spot to keep two large suitcases. The bathroom was tiny also.
Smallest shower that I have ever see. It is 22 in x 30 in!!!
the location is excellent.
the room is quite cold, and has no heating system. if you are visiting rome during the winter take it into account. no internet connection in the upper floor.
The staff was very friendly, the breakfast good, and the size of the room was perfect for me. I had read reviews about the hotel prior to my stay and was curious about to see exactly how small the shower cabin was. It was really small, but not too small. I liked the fact that it wasn't any bigger than it needed to be.
The room was a little cold (I couldn't find any way to adjust the temperature, and I didn't ask the staff because it wasn't extremely cold and I prefer a room to cold rather than too hot). I also heard the other guests pretty well through the walls (someone was snoring, for instance). But I've experinced a lot worse when it comes to such things, and it didn't really bother me.
